Dawn Keown's Battle with Cancer
Donation protected
My wife Dawn can't work for six weeks. Can you assist? Her lung cancer should be her only worry. She's Stage IV, so we have to work fast. This means a disruption of every mundane daily task, work schedules, weird side effects and so much terrifying news in so short a time.
We are home from the hospital, the first prescriptions are paid. More radiation today and into next week. I worry constantly about her. I can't let this lovely lady out of my sight, but I have to go back to work, and we have to get her back to her job soon as well.
She has always wanted to care for others. In fact, she's going to school to become a respiratory therapist, maybe one day helping people with her condition. I don't know.
Anyway, whatever you can do, whether its an actual donation, or a share of this campaign to someone you know will lend a hand.
I will not lose her. NOT TODAY.
