Support NRC Junior Racers!

The Junior Racers program is Noank Rowing Club's competitive youth rowing program that started Spring 2015.  As a new rowing team, Junior Racers is faced with the challenge of creating a sustainable, yet affordable program.  

This spring, we expect to have 8-12 Junior Racers, which is an increase from last year.  The new racers are eager to see what sprint racing is all about, while the veteran racers are hoping to build on their experiences from last year. Since our team is growing, we will need to buy a trailer to transport our larger quads to regattas or borrow shells from other teams at the race.  In addition, we would like to be able to buy an additional stroke coach to help us train for our races.

Thanks to the generosity of friends and family, we raised $650 in 2015.  We hope to raise an additional $750 this year to support the growth of our team.

Noank Rowing Club is a non-profit 501.c.3 organization ‘building community one stroke at a time’. NRC is for all ages, abilities and seasons rowing out of the Spicer Park, on the Beebe Cove, Noank Connecticut.  A receipt directly from Noank Rowing Club for tax purposes is available upon request.
