Our boys from NEC are headed to the Final Four in Denver, CO for the 3rd straight year! They will be playing for the 2015 NSCRO 15s Rugby National Championship!

Along with your moral support, they also need your help to cover trip expenses. Please give generously and help our students bring home a National Title!

Support a winner! New England College Rugby under Coach Jeremy Treece has gone 33-0 over the last 3 years in League and regional playoffs. Before moving to the Division 1 East Coast Rugby Conference (ECRC) in the coming Fall 2015, NEC Rugby takes a third straight shot at a 15s National Championship. Wow! A school with a Male population just over 500 is going back to D1 next year and gaining a lot of national attention! Thank you Coach Jeremy Treece and the rest of the team for putting NEC Rugby on the map and keeping us there! Let's help the team win NSCRO 15s!

New England College Rugby has bright future and a great 34 year history that began in 1981. Four years after the founding, in 1985 NEC Rugby competed against Division 1 teams across New England and competed as one of 16 teams in the first ever New England Collegiate Rugby Championships at Harvard University. In 2001 NEC Rugby won the New England Rugby Football Union D3 Championship. After nearly 5 years without a team, In 2011 NEC Rugby began competing in the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO). The following spring 2012 NEC Rugby placed 3rd in the nation at the NSCRO 15s National Championships in Glendale, CO and a month later in Philadelphia, PA placed 3rd in the NSCRO 7s Rugby National Championship. Continuing the momentum, in 2014 NEC made its second straight trip to to Glendale, CO for the NSCRO 15s Nationals playing a close match in the final against to the repeat NSCRO 15s Champion, St John's University (Minnesota), NEC taking 2nd in the Nation. The following month in Philadelphia, NEC Rugby continued to move forward and won its first ever National Championship at the 2014 NSCRO 7s Rugby National Championships. NEC Rugby became NSCRO 7's National Champion. In 2015, NEC Rugby will be looking to win a 15s National Championship.
