On Saturday 15th Dec I shall abseil the tallest permanent abseil tower in the world!! That stands at 418ft. I suffer vertigo so this will be not be an easy challenge but I am prepared to do anything to help Amanda.
I've known Amanda since I was 11, she was my Nanny. She wasn't a normal Nanny in that we had a lot of jokes and was more like a good friend. She is always very fun hearted. In April this year she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and now has been told her cancer is incurable.
She is amazingly positive and brave and is doing all she can to beat this. There is a clinic in Arizona called An Oasis Of Wellness which has proven life saving for many people. Amanda has a great deal of faith in the work they do and it is her wish to go there. It's very expensive but it could save her life.
