Hello everyone. This is Teddi Jo (Johnson)
Paulson , one of Monica's lifelong friends. As you may know, Monica was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in May of this year. Her doctors have taken an aggressive treatment approach, utilizing both radiation and chemo. This requires much traveling to and from appointments and some additional hospitalization to help cope with the side effects of the chemotherapy.
Monica would be the last person to complain. In fact, when you visit with her, you probably wouldn't realize she is undergoing any treatment at all. It's typical of Monica to put others first, always asking how we are and being genuinely happy for everyone.
As one of her friends, I can attest to the fact that Monica has many "best friends" because that's how she treats everyone--like they are the most important.
That being said, I am asking for your financial help for our friend Monica during this tough time. Though she would never complain, or ask for help, we all know that treatment, trips to the clinic/hospital, and time away from work all take their toll on the finances.
Please consider a contribution to Monica's Medical Fund to help defray her medical expenses and let her concentrate on getting better.
