Supporting my Art

My name is Michael Hanna and I am a full time artist trying to raise funds to help pay for art supplies, traveling and shipping expenses for participation in art exhibits and art fairs, and to pay for application fees towards opportunities.

As many people may know, numerous establishments charge application fees which can be very expensive and cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars if you apply for enough of them. The average cost for just one application is about $40 and sometimes I have to go through a couple dozen applications before my work becomes accepted because of the competitive nature of the field.

I would also like to participate in art fairs which cost thousands of dollars in participation and promotional fees and my art supplies budget costs me about $4,000 a year. Being a full time artist is very expensive and because my works are non-commercial I have to rely on donations to help offset the costs. Thank you for supporting my work.
