It is with deepest sorrow to say that my dad passed away suddenly on November 28 from a heart attack. He had no health issues so we don’t know what caused the heart attack. He would’ve been celebrating his 54th birthday in 5 days. He was a well loved Husband, Father, Brother, Son, Grandfather, and a Friend. He leaves behind a wife, 2 daughters, and 2 grandchildren.

To all that knew him knew that he had a great sense of humor and also loved having a conversation, regarding the topic. You could never tell if he was being serious or just messing with you. Every person he met absolutely loved him and his wife. He would put a smile on your face by saying the most oddest of things to put in a better mood. He would help someone that needed help without a second thought. He was a hard working man that provided for his family. On the days that he didn't work, he would start/finish projects to keep himself busy, even on rainy days! He would teach himself new things just to widen his knowledge base. For anyone that knew Hank, my dad's basset hound, knew that he was spoiled. Mike would rub hanks ears while telling him a story of "The big bad cat and 3 little puppies" or doggie versions of the other kid stories. My dad considered Hank as his own son, lol!

To help us lay him to rest, we are raising funds for the expense for the funeral of Michael Hance. He did not have any insurance to cover such an expense and his family is struggling to come up with the funds.

We know this is difficult with the upcoming holidays but our family will be blessed if your able to donate. We want to thank you for your support and prayers even if you are not able to contribute we thank you just for caring about us during this time. Thank you for not just loving us but loving our dad too. We ask that all positive memories or pictures be shared.
