29 year old male dies of heart failure

My cousin, Melvin Dworak III (Pictured pink with his brother, Grandmother and two cousins, this past Christmas) was just 29 years old when he unexpectedly passed on Tuesday January 21. Melvin is survived by a loving father, brother and sister who just one year ago, buried his mother who passed from a long battle with a neuromuscular disease. Melvin also leaves behind a 4 year old daughter, and a large funeral bill. With large medical bills mounting, the family needs help with funeral costs.
All remaining funds will be used to create a college fund for Mel's young daughter, Callie.
