Help Melissa Fight Cancer!

Donation protected
Imagine getting the following diagnosis: Cancer. Breast cancer. If that is not scary enough, now imagine that only six months ago, you lost your husband, who was your biggest love, best friend, and biggest supporter to stomach cancer at the age of 36 after battling for a year. A month later, you lose your mom to lung cancer. You also have two beautiful kids under the age of four who are your biggest priority, so you stay at home in order to spend all your time with them, but now you are sick and insurance will only cover small parts of treatment, and on top of that, you have to provide for your kids financially. In the midst of their grief, getting another cancer diagnosis is unimaginable. This is Melissa’s story—but you can help it be easier and brighter by supporting this family not only with your thoughts and prayers, but also financially. If you have been blessed with any extra money, please consider helping. A blessing is not a blessing unless it is shared.

If you have the pleasure to know Melissa, then you know how incredible, strong, and beautiful she is, but if you do not know her, then you should know that when you see her for the first time, you instantly feel the goodness in her heart and know that your life will be better by knowing her. She is a great mother and friend to many. Even after the death of her beloved husband, she is determined to keep making the lives of those around her better.

If you had the pleasure to know Rob, then you know how much he loved and cherished Melissa (who according to him was always out of his league). If Rob meant anything to you, or if his story touched you in any way, please continue his beautiful legacy of loving and helping others by helping his wife.

Melissa has already begun cancer treatment. She has a hard road ahead of her, but she can fight this with your help! Please keep the Yale family in your thoughts and prayers.

Follow Melissa's story as she updates us on http://www.robertyale.com/cancer-blog/ and if you have not heard of Rob's story, you can also read his incredibly moving blog posts there.

Another way to help is to buy a single earbud from the company Rob and Melissa started. It is $24.95 + shipping on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01L2SW38U/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1510015459&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=single+earbud&dpPl=1&dpID=41DwwDmZLQL&ref=plSrch

Did you know? One single Nuelasta shot costs $6,000. Melissa will need 6 shots to simply get her through February. And that’s only one tiny thing to worry about.
