Mehus Family Mentoring Fund

This summer Brian, Soren (age 5 and seen here with one of his bird friends) and I have an opportunity to attend a week long, nature connection program with the 8 Shields Institute. This Art of Mentoring program will help us understand how to create and live in a healthy regenerative community that is deeply connected to nature. The unique teachings of this course are based on what connects us as humans beings to ourselves, each other and the earth. We are asking for your help to study this mentoring model. With this information we feel we will be better prepared to home school Soren over the next few years and to help create and nurture a community of families and individuals who are supported by each other and nature connection. Any kind of support you can offer is greatly appreciated and we are in hope that you too can benefit from our focus in this area. Any monies raised over the tuition for the summer program will go to support Soren's continued study with the 8 shields program Fox Tracks.
