Help for Dad's rare medical condition

If it wasn't for my dad, my siblings and I wouldn't be where we are today which is strong individuals with promising careers and wonderful families. He taught us so many life lessons, and most of all, we all have a great time spending with each other. Maynardo Limboc Ogot is a hard working man who will do anything to make sure his family is taken care of. He honorably served in United Stated Navy for 22 years, worked for the United States Postal Office shortly after, and then enlisted in the United States Merchant Marines and is getting ready to retire. He is active in the community and well respected. My father is a man of service who dedicates his life in helping others.
My father was recently taken to the hospital for some health problems and an allergic reaction to his medication. Initially he was diagnosed with Steven Johnson Syndrome and then it progressed to a severe form called Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis which is a very rare skin condition that cause your skin to peel off in layers and is very painful. There is a one on two million chance of getting this.
He is currently in care at Manila Medical Center in the Philippines. As a veteran, my dad receives tricare but when overseas in Philippines medical expenses must be paid up front before receiving care and then can be claimed to Tricare afterwards. It is $1000 USD a day for his care and his medication is the most important thing we need to give him.
Nobody wants to see or hear about their loved ones in pain and suffering. All we want is for him to get better and healthy enough to travel back to the United States to continue his medical care here but in the meantime we have to pay for treatment as we go. He is a strong fighter and we pray he will get through this. Your donations will be greatly appreciated.
