In support of our friend Marek

As some of you may be aware, Our Sous Chef Marek Staniszewski has recently experienced a tragic family loss. 

Marek's brother Karol Staniszwski sadly passed away and there is a substantial cost for the repatriation of his beloved brother to Poland.

 As a means of support, here at Bill's Trafford Centre we are trying to raise some money for our friend and brilliant chef, to help him give his beloved brother the send off he deserves in his home country with his family.
