MannMukti translates to mental liberation. Our mission is to encourage healthy, open dialogue of mental health issues in an effort to remove stigma, improve awareness and promote self-care.
MannMukti is primarily a way to let all of us in the South Asian community know that we are NOT alone when it comes to mental health issues.
We are extremely passionate about this cause and really hope we can make a difference and save lives. Please donate - every small amount goes a long way!
UPDATE: We've already started putting the funds to work, and your generous donations will help us with: hosting our own independent events aimed at sharing mental health stories, keeping our website updated and running, hosting booths at conferences and seminars, arranging for podcasts, achieving 501c3 nonprofit status, and overall, sustaining MannMukti in its journey to defeating the stigma attached to mental health in South Asian communities.

Other ways of helping include spreading the word about this campaign personally and on social media, because at the end of the day, we need to start a conversation about mental health to reduce the associated stigma.
