New Furnace Needed for MS Mom of 4

My daughter, Kim, has MS and can no longer work. Her and her husband, Dustin, are raising four beautiful boys. Their furnace went out. While they don't need heat at this time of year, they will need air conditioning come summer, as Kim's MS makes it difficult to regulate her body heat. She can become overheated, which affects her vision. She is legally blind, so this makes things even harder. Please help them.
