Relief efforts for Puerto Rico

Hi,
In this time of age we are seeing more and more natural disasters and as we can only reach out to a number of communities that may be affected is impossible to get to all. I'm wanting to impact as many people as possible in times of need, whether is family or not. The intention for this campaign is to raise money for what is to come
for many of our American brothers and sister of Puerto Rico. As you already know Puerto Rico has been hit hard with two hurricanes a Cat 4 and a Cat 5 in a week spend between each other. The people of Puerto Rico will be in a huge crisis for a long time the rebuild may take years and the people will need support in the mean time. This is why I turn to you and the people here in the mainland to help as much as we can.
The plan
The plan is to collect as much food and water, clothing, batteries and over the counter medicine until the island has got power back up. I'm in contact with several families that can be very helpful to the rest of their community as long as they have some support. Support will come from us and other sources.
Things being delivered:
Gas generators
Canned foods
Bottled water
Clothing (all sizes)
Tarps
Batteries (all kinds)
Portable solar panels (for small devices)
Over the counter medicines and first aid kits
(Tylenol, cough medicine, essential oils, gauze pads and bandages, latex gloves, thermometer, sterile bandages, petroleum jelly, salve for burns, antibiotic ointment, adhesive tape, towelettes, hand sanitizers and instant cold packs)
Air mattresses with hand pumps
Much more as we continue to understand what they may need.
This is a small list of things that we need to gather and ship as soon as the airlines become available to land in San Juan.
My family is in contact with me as much as possible through out the day and what signals allow. We will set up groups in the ground that will help deliver all this materials to the communities that we are in contact with at this time. I know that as people become aware of this support and as others become more available it will be more communities that we will impact.
Where are the funds going?
To buy materials needed and to pay for shippment to Puerto Rico.
How do I benefit from this?
One of my favorite quotes "To live is to serve" I personally live by this every day. We don't come to this world to just serve our selfs. We come here to expand our understanding of all life forms in this human life we get to enjoy. One of the biggest things that brings me joy to my heart and life is seeing others smile, laugh and enjoying their life as much as they can.
Is there a time frame?
As of right now we will be collecting as much as we can. We will be shipping in a weekly bases to continue support. So no there is no actual time frame (but time is of the essence) because this will go on for quite sometime. Now we will be posting updates as things continuing to develop.
