Marcus Forst is one of those wonderful people who gets along with everyone he meets.  He is talkative, understanding, and one of the kindest human beings.  His high energy and enthusiasum makes the world a much better place.

Unfortunately, Marcus has hit a rough patch in his life:  he has been diagnosed with T-Cell Lymboblastic Lymphoma.  This cancer is thankfully curable, but it has put a tremendous strain on his life.  One of the things he is most passionate about is learning and educating himself, and sadly he will not be able to return to Temple University for a little while.  Instead of being at Temple and having a normal college experience, he will be subjected to constant road trips to the Fox Chase hospital and exhausting chemo treatments.  Even when he is permitted to return to Temple, he will likely be recieving treatment throughout the rest of his college experience.

There isn't much we can do right now to cure Marcus, but we can help by supporting his family through this fight.  As most of us have seen family members or other friends go through this before, we know the kind of financial burden that this can put on a family.  We can do our part by sending our love and helping Marcus and his family sleep a little better at night, knowing that they don't have to worry about their financial situation.  We appreciate any donation--it will make a huge difference in this strong, incredible, and dearly loved person's life.

A little bit about Marcus:
-He is 19 years old
-He is a Physics Major in the Honors Program at Temple University
-He was the valedictorian of his graduating high school class
-He is one of the managers of the Temple University Men's Basketball Team
-He is a member of the Temple University Honors Admissions and Transitions Team (HATT)
-He is a member of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra as a trombone player
-Some of his other hobbies include basketball, running, working out, and socializing
