Lynsays Grad Dream Family Trip To Bethel

Donation protected
My sisters dreams don't come true very often and right now i want to change that. Lynsay isn't just my sister, she's my inspiration, my Super-Heroine, and my all around favorite person.

Lynz is graduating this year (2014) and I think its about time she gets her biggest dream fulfilled. And it really is her biggest dream considering I don't think there's ever been a time when she has had the chance to say what she wants and Bethel isn't first on the list.

Going to Bethel and taking the tours involved wouldn't just be a nice trip to my sister, but an experience I know she would never forget. And it could very well be exactly what she needs at this point in her life.

To me Lynsay is very much the strongest person I know, but so many of the times she has been strong in her life are over things I would never want anyone to go through. Whether it's because of her own health problems, health problems that her immediate family members have, or the reprecussions of a dying system of things, Lynsay has had to deal with so much more than she should at her age. She doesn't just deal with it though. She tries her absolute best to hold everything together when it's falling apart around her. And if she can't do that, you can be sure she's there trying to pick up the pieces afterwards.

I personally have my own health problems and they affect everyone around me. And even as strong as she puts on I know my sister internalizes every bit of the collective mass of misfortune that befalls herself and those around her. Spending so much time caring for others and their needs and working to be the best she can be in every espect of her life, but not often being able to enjoy the good in her life because of her own struggles with depression and anxiety. And yet she doesn't give up. She's dealt with so much in what little of life she's had a chance to live as of yet, but no matter what happens she always maintains faith in Jehovah that things are going to get better. She spent this year's research project in school researching a topic that hits close to home so that she could learn more about it, and know how to help those members of her family that suffer from it. She is always thinking of others. Lynsay graduating is more than just an academic achievement. Through all the stress and turmoil she's felt this is a personal accomplishment she's worked her all for. She deserves to have her dream come true, she deserves something that she will not only thoroughly enjoy, but will help her to continue enduring through this system of things, by strengthening her faith and encouraging her.

Due to her own health problems that have come up in the last year, she has had to change some of the goals that she has always had for herself, which has been discouraging for her to say the least. Even though she will probably not be able to live and serve at Bethel as she had always wanted, she still maintains the goals of increasing her service to Jehovah within the circumstances she has.

Our family has been through so much in the past several years, with several health problems and loss of jobs, and even now my father has only been able to find a part time/temporary position, and my mom is on full disability. Providing this trip for Lynsay themselves, as they would like to do, will take them many years to save for.

Lynsay wants this family trip because she loves her Heavenly Father Jehovah with all of her heart and she wants to be immersed in his love and the wonderful things he provided for her personally.

Even if it takes a while to save for this trip with the help of friends, at least with the help of friends, she will have a better opportunity of reaching her goals sooner.
Please help Lynsay to reach one of her biggest goals.
Please help me to see her smile with every part of who she is.

The goal amount above is the amount for not only my sister, but for us to go to Bethel as a family, as one of my sisters health problems would not allow her to travel to New York without my parents.

Thank you,
