Bill & Cindy's Transition Kickoff

Bill and Cindy Gates were given an unexpected eviction notice on Dec. 1, 2014 because the landlord wants to make upgrades/repairs to the vacated property. Fortunately, they are able to pay rent month to month. Unfortunately, they do not have cash on hand nor ease in freeing up cash in the short time they have for moving to a new rental.  

Their immediate need, then, is for cash for this ONE-TIME transition from current rental to next rental.

Assuming the next landlord wants first and last month's rent and a security deposit up front, and allowing for incidental moving expenses--truck rental, etc.--we are setting the goal at $5000.

The ideal is to be funded well before their current rent period ends so that they and friends can move belongings into their new place (versus have to move belongings into storage and later into their new place).  We would love to have them fully funded by Jan. 1, 2015.
