Love For Elisha
Donation protected
On Thursday, September 29th, my godson, Elisha James Tonka Parratt was in an accident that has changed the course of life for his entire family. While playing in the yard, Elisha fell and was in a horrific accident involving a lawn mower where he lost his left hand. Thanks to the quick thinking of his mom, Amanda and the quick acting first responders, Elisha never lost conciousness and was brought into the hospital in stable condition. He was immediately taken into his first surgery that lasted almost 6 hours. It was then that Elisha'a parents, Lee and Amanda and so many people that love him found out that they would be unable to reattach his left hand. However, doctors were hopeful that he would be able to retain his elbow. This was great news for a future prosthetic. Elisha has now been through his fifth surgery and continually amazes us all. With many surgeries to come, expensive prosthetics, growing medical expenses, and lost wages because Mom and Dad are with him, we are reaching out to our families, our communities and others that may feel passionate about Elisaha's recovery to financially assist this strong family.
