Love & Support For Len Andre

Donation protected
Len André worked tirelessly to support his family and built his well respected business in Yukon through his thankless dedication to sharing his limitless mechanical skills with those who needed a new purpose in life. In July 2018, Len made the heartbreaking decision to put his health first and underwent open heart surgery in Vancouver, Canada. He will remain in recovery for the next 3 to 6 months before being able to endure his usual vigorous work day. His wife, Elaine, is now retired but remains in Yukon instead of by his side through this medical emergency due to to financial restrictions.  Len is currently being visited by his daughters Heidi, Jen, Kate and Taylor. His daughters and son, Cindy, Tammy,  Krista and Rory, are supporting from a far. The reality is that without his regular income, the financial stress is continuing to grow. It would be amazing if our community could assist with alleviating the stress for our family that we now face with his recovery.

Things that we all take for granted such as additional meals and hotel costs for Len's family to remain at his side, basic needs such as groceries, gas and making the monthly mortgage etc, are now a luxury as Len was self employed. Medications and miscellaneous expenses that are occurring while health care coverage and medical travel is sorted out have all proved to be additional stress. Please find it in your heart to give anything you can to the André family at this time. We need our community to give just as much as Len André gave to all of us

Gratefully,

The Andre family

Memorandum: Please feel free to post messages of support and encouragement through this page for Len's family, even if financial contribution is not within your means. Meaningful words of support are worth just as much as the André family now transitions from grief to loving Len through the next phase of healing. Many thanks again...
