Louis helps Children against Cancer & Covid -19
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have been forced to cancel our annual "Midnight Dream Walk" this year which is one of the charity's main fundraising events to support children who have cancer.
In an attempt to make up the loss of much needed funds, our pet dog Louis is going to walk the six miles because childhood cancer doesn't go away just because of the coronavirus .
This adorable terrier dog is our best hope of raising the money that we need to continue supporting children who are suffering from cancer especially at this difficult time.
The charity was started by a young boy called Thomas Ball who was treated for neuroblastoma stage 4 when he was just eight years old. Sadly Thomas passed away when he reached 14 years and the "Midnight Dream Walk" raises funds in his memory to help other young sufferers of childhood cancer.
Louis will walk with Thomas Ball's parents on the night of their son's passing as a poignant way to mark the 17 year anniversary of his untimely death.
