THIS FUNDRAISER IS TWO-FOLD:
YEAR-ROUND CHURCH - THIS FUNDRAISER INCLUDES THE COST TO HELP US WITH PRACTICAL NEEDS TO GET OUR CHURCH (AKA “THE WELL”) FUNCTIONAL YEAR-ROUND. WE HAVE INCLUDED A DETAILED BREAKDOWN IN OUR DESCRIPTION – WE NEED THINGS LIKE COMMERCIAL PORTABLE HEATING SYSTEMS, BETTER LIGHTING FOR EVENING SERVICES, BIBLES, LARGE WATERPROOF TARPS TO BE USED TO CLOSE OFF SPACE, ETC. - WE NEED TO RAISE $7,500 TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. IF WE ARE BLESSED BEYOND OUR BASIC NEEDS, WE WILL PUT THE RESOURCES TOWARD THE BUILD-OUT OF A RESTROOM TRAILER HERE AT THE FARM SO THAT WE NEVER HAVE TO ABSORB THE $1,800 RENTAL FEE AGAIN. TO GOD BE THE GLORY.
REVIVAL MEETING - THIS FUNDRAISER ALSO INCLUDES THE COST TO HOST THE GREG LOCKE REVIVAL. WE’LL BE RENTING A TENT & CHAIRS FOR OVERFLOW AS WE ANTICIPATE 400+ GUESTS (THE BARN WILL SEAT 220). THIS WILL BE AN INCREDIBLE REVIVAL AND WE WANT TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY PEOPLE AS WE POSSIBLY CAN! WE’LL ALSO BE ADDING MONITORS AND SOUND TO THE OVERFLOW AREA AND WE WILL NEED TO RENT LIGHTS FOR FIELD PARKING (SAFETY ISSUE) SINCE HE WILL BE PREACHING IN THE EVENING. LASTLY, WE’LL BE RENTING EXTRA HEATERS FOR THE OVERFLOW AND A RESTROOM TRAILER. WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO GET THE ITEMS DONATED BY LOCAL BUSINESSES, HOWEVER, THE COST IS $3,500+ TO HOST THIS EVENT.
I AM CONFIDENT OF THIS - WHEN GOD PUTS HIS PLANS IN MOTION, HE ALWAYS PROVIDES WHAT IS NEEDED THROUGH HIS PEOPLE! WE’RE TRUSTING HIM TO MOVE HEARTS AND OPEN RESOURCES SO THAT WE CAN COMPLETE THIS CHURCH LAUNCH AND HOST THE REVIVAL OF ALL REVIVALS! WE’RE TRUSTING HIM TO BLOW OUR MINDS! TO GO BE THE GLORY.

The Barn at the Living Waters Farm is a very special place that has been supernaturally readied to be used for Faith-based annual Leadership Retreats. Typically we rent whatever supplies/equipment are needed for the annual event - from restroom trailers to fans/heaters, etc. and we've managed to make our guests as comfortable as possible each year. The cost to attend the retreat offsets the expenses to host our event. (Be sure to watch the video below to see our event in living color!)
But God has bigger plans for the barn than one spectacular leadership retreat each year! God has spoken and we are listening! We're now being led to launch a church in the barn.
By the way, God has put a new name to "the barn" - it's now The Well at the Living Waters Farm!
John 4:14 - But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.
Look at God!
To serve year-round we need to make some changes so that this beautiful barn can be used full time. We need to prepare! The needs are great, but our God is greater!
We pray that the Lord will lead you to help ready us to do His work in Virginia!
First, and foremost we need your prayers!
Please pray that God will provide for the needs, that He will bring people to us who need Christlike unconditional love, people who are hungry for the Truth, people in need of fellowship, people of all ages and all walks, people ready willing, and able to meet in an environment that was fit for a King (Jesus was born in a barn!) a place without the pretenses. Please pray that we never attempt to control, but that we surrender to His Will in all things. Most importantly, please pray for souls to be saved and Saints to be strengthened!
By the way, we're following in the footsteps of the early church....check it out!
First, we'll meet to break bread together. Our goal is to develop relationships and there's no better way to begin than by sharing a meal together. We provide the food - at no cost, of course.
Next, we'll have a time of praise - we're praying for music leaders! In the meantime, we'll make a joyful noise together as we glorify the King of all kings.
Next comes the sermon - a POWERFUL message filled with the anointing of the Holy Spirit and graced with Truth...the kind of Truth that is far too rare in the Church today.
Lastly, we'll offer coffee and dessert to encourage social time after the service is over. It's during the "after hours" that testimonies will flow and hearts will be opened! Around here, we don't punch a clock when it comes to ministering.
No doubt support will begin to flow soon and our needs moving forward will be met. RIGHT NOW we need help with some of the basic needs to propel us forward...that's where God's people come in!
We have set a goal of $10,000 - but we will be grateful for whatever the Lord provides through you.
Just so you know, we're believing in BIG things...MIRACULOUS provisions...and we hope you'll help us pray them in!
This farm doesn't belong to us - it's God's and it's up to each one of us to help fulfill His Plans!
The "silver and gold" don't belong to any of us - it's God's too, and we are Trusting Him to move hearts to help complete what He has planned for The Well.

Here's are the needs for year-round gathering at The Well:
Bibles NKJV - 50 - ongoing need
Microphones - we have 2 corded mics but need to add wireless microphones to our sound system
Baptismal - can be picked up locally
Internet cable - in order to be good stewards and not overspend on unnecessary things, we'll be running CAT8 cable from the farmhouse to The Well so that we can have 24/7 Internet access without the monthly bill!
Waterproof tarps for overflow space - we need 10 of them - in preparation for larger revival events, we are going to be using the machine shed that is in close proximity to the barn as overflow space. It is 2200 square feet - open on one side. We'll be hanging heavy-duty, waterproof tarps to the open side to keep the weather out and the heat in. We can accommodate another 200+ people there, and when it's not in use for major events, it can be used as our food pavilion to save us from renting tents in the future.
Heaters - we need 2 - we have installed ceiling fans throughout the building for the warm weather but we're desperately in need of heaters for the cold weather!

THE NEXT BIG FUNDRAISING PUSH - The DIY Restroom trailer
To purchase a turnkey restroom trailer (like we've used for major events) is $50,000-$60,000 - that's out.
To build restrooms in the barn would cost more due to expenses associated with approving/installing a septic system - we also don't want to lose square footage for restrooms - that's out.
Porta pots are not a reasonable solution long term - and it will (believe it or not) keep people from attending :-) - that's out.
The answer is to build our own restroom trailer.
We are in the process of determining the best, most cost-effective, option. The photo below is the "look" we'll be going for. Instead of the commercial trailer "look" we prefer something that will fit into farm life a little better :-)
We're trying to decide on whether we should stick to build it OR purchase a quality "shed" and retrofit it. Scroll down to see the shed option.
Either way, it looks like the cost will be around $12,000 and we're TRUSTING GOD to provide.
Amish built shed option:
We have the option to retrofit it with 2 doors and 1 window. This is the same size as the restroom trailers we have rented in the past.
Includes wiring, insulation, etc. Choice of colors, shingle or metal roof, etc.
The CHALLENGE is getting the structure installed on a trailer bed. That's a MUST so that it isn't a permanent structure. We also plan to rent it out when it's not in use here to help offset our costs.
The cost for this model will be $6,800.
