Lilly's Journey

Lilly Grace is a wonderful little girl that loves bears, yellow and chocolate. She is our 6 year old middle daughter of four girls. Lilly is also my miracle baby. She was born at 30 weeks due to my being unable to carry her. At birth she had a stroke which has led to some birth defects. Lilly has cerebral palsy and is epileptic. Since she was two years old she has had 8 seizures which with hospital stays, medications, and lots of testing. We are thankful to have amazing doctors and support. Lilly is a brave little lady that has helped me be brave and often been my strength. Last week Lilly had a series of seizures that the doctors were not able to control with medication. Due to this we are now preparing to journey from our home in Chicago to the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Lilly will undergo more testing and brain surgery at the clinic. As a family we are committed to be with her, stay by her side and ensure that this experience is one she will have support in at all points of the process. While we are committed to this, we are also a family of six that did not anticipate this. We are asking for support in form of prayers and funding if able.
