Hi, my name is Darrin and I'm starting this GoFundMe to support my best man and his family in their time of need.

One week before Christmas, the Schemmel family learned that their 4-year-old daughter has a brain tumor. This fundraiser is to help assist the Schemmel family with any bills that may hinder their ability to care for or love on this little girl with the time that they have been given. This diagnosis includes many hospital visits for checkups, scans, radiation treatments, and lots of time and attention to healing their little girl.

We are raising these funds to support both Chrissy and Liam (Lennox's parents) as they take time away from work to focus on her healing. This beautiful family of 4 (Lennox's sister named Mayve is 2 years old) has been through so much. They have conquered every challenge facing them with determination, humor, grace, and outstanding strength. The Schemmel family deserves our support and so much more as Liam and Chrissy are two dedicated law enforcement officers who have served their community in multiple ways.
