In January 2020, LGBTQ leaders and community members will convene in Dallas, TX to attend the Creating Change Conference. For the eighth consecutive year, and in a very crucial period in the road towards equality and social justice, the conference will host a Latinx Institute. Unión=Fuerza Latinx Institute will bring together diverse groups of LGBTQ Latinxs and allies from across the country to foster supportive relationships and build each others' capacity to advance LGBTQ Latinx activism.
Make a donation today to provide travel grants for young people, transgender Latinxs, DREAMers, immigrants, and other high-needs participants to become a part of the vibrant national LGBTQ Latinx dialogue. The day-long training will take place on January 16, 2020 at the Sheraton Dallas in Texas. This is the only annual national gathering where LGBTQ Latinxs can network, learn best practices, and advance equality for LGBTQ and Latinx communities in a culturally competent, bilingual space.
