Spinal Surgery and Recovery Care Fundraiser

As many of you know, I was hit by an SUV while crossing the street in a crosswalk. I have experienced a severe head injury that causes regular migraine headaches and dizziness. Other injuries include hip, spine, and back injuries. I need funds to cover my spinal surgery that is necessary...placing screws into my spine to stabilize my back, and for assistance during my lengthy recovery...4-6 months. This surgery is scheduled for April 23rd and is necessary to minimize pain and increase mobility. I am tremendously grateful for any help you can give me at this time, as I navigate my recovery from this terrible, life altering accident.
