Michelle was in an auto accident 4 years ago that resulted in severe back issues.
She has been trying to get by with the most minimally invasive procedures but the time has come to have back surgery.
Unfortunately, because she has been in constant pain, keeping a steady income has been unobtainable and she has depleted her savings. She will need months of recovery time and has no financial reserves or resources.
