Kimberly's fight against 2 cancers

On February 15, 2014, my Mom's life forever changed.; she was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. After major surgery (total hysterectomy) in February 2014 to remove the cancer, she remained in the hospital for 1 month and in a rehabilation center for 1 month while undergoing chemotherapy for 6 months.

Having her right lung drained 3 times for fluid with her lung collasping twice, she went into lung surgery. On November 19, 2014, she was also diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Doctors are now telling her that she has had two (2) primary cancers from the beginning. Not only is it rare to have 2 cancers at the same time, my mother has never smoked in her LIFE.

Adenocarcinoma is an environmental cancer. My mother started her second chemotherapy for lung cancer on December 10, 2014. She is a fighter.
