Justin Parker Trike

A horrific accident severed 34 year old Justin Parker's legs above the knee in July 2006. It was the prime of his life: second generation motorcycler, riding dirtbikes, drummer for the legendary local rock band, REEB, and a lifetime member of the Atlanta Skate brotherhood. After the accident, he and his wife, Shanon and their two young children, relocated across the country, for a simpler way of life in smalltown Indiana. 
Justin and Shanon have continued to grow in their love, working incredibly hard since then to stabalize their lives and achieve goals that anyone would envy. All this while adjusting without complaints to a catastrophic event that would have killed the average person and wrecked a weaker family. Justin, A.K.A. Tonka, is a powerful and courageous man, and The Parkers are more than an exceptional and inspirational family!
Faced with such hardship, they've never once asked for handouts; Justin continues to work as a carpenter, impressing his clients with his fearless agility and talent. Shanon relentlessly hustled through school and spent endless hours at the hospital, now caring for patients in a local doctor's office. Daughter, Sydney has grown into a beautiful woman, married her high school sweetheart and is soon expecting a bouncing baby girl! Son, Max is on his way to middle school and is will wow us all with his baseball skills in the Major Leagues someday.
The Atlanta crew has already aquired this incredibly perfect Honda 750 Trike with a sweet Harley Davidson rear end, and a tractor seat that's built just right! The Trike needs some accommodations and lots of custom work to modify it for him to carry his chair and drive independently. We are asking for donations for the parts to do the work, and then transport, register and insure it so Justin can have some fun on wheels again without additional financial worries for the family.
We need to ride with him again, see the wind in his hair, do wheelies or spin donuts in the grass if that's what he wants to do!
