Help with Junior's medical needs

Arturo Arechiga, Jr.   has been in a life changing accident.  This vibrant young man will need months of medical care and rehabilitation and has no medical insurance.    He just celebrated his 20th birthday less than 2 weeks ago.  His family will be by his side through Christmas and beyond in the hospital.  

Junior has the brightest smile and always a caring and helpful attitude.  He goes the extra mile.
