Missionary in Guatemala

Donation protected

My name is Josh Terry, and I am a graduate from Texas Tech University. I have grown up in West Texas, and I have recently decided to become a missionary in Guatemala. Last year, I completed an internship at New Life Children's Home in Villa Nueva, Guatemala, serving a year and three months. Many of the children at NLCH have been affected in their past by abuse, neglect, malnutrition, lack of education and much more. I have grown to love each and every child at the Home and know that God plans for me to continue there as a missionary. I have built strong relationships with these kids and want to share the love of Jesus Christ with every single one. Besides that, I will help with child sponsors, newsletters, brochures, Facebook, computers and internet, and be a "big brother" figure to a lot of these kids who have no one. In Villa Nueva, Guatemala, 80% of mothers are single, the poverty is overwhelming, and the government's social services system is extremely overburdened. For many children, New Life Children's Home is their last hope...

The Home provides:
-Food and clean water
-Medical / Dental care
-A Christ-centered education
-Important life-skills training
-A safe home where Jesus is the center!

To learn more about the Home, please visit www.nlch.net.

This amount will help me with my startup fees and missionary school I will be attending this summer back in Texas.

Please pray for me and the Home as I start this new chapter in my life. Thank you all for the support that you are able to provide. If you would like to pledge monthly, please contact me through gofundme.com.
