USA Youth Rugby Vs. the World Trip

Exciting news, Jonah made 1 of 26 spots for the Under 18 year old division Elite High School Rugby team selected to represent USA in an International Rugby Tournament featuring the WORLD'S best High School rugby teams in South Africa on April 2-7.

The international event, which will feature the top 10 schools in South Africa and 10 of the best school teams from around the world (Pacific Islands, Australia, England, Italy, Namibia, Argentina & New Zealand), will be hosted by Paarl Boys' High School as part of the institution's 150-year anniversary celebrations.

Not only is he playing for the U18 squad at 15 years old but be gets the opportunity to not only showcase to the world that USA will be a future force to reckon with and learn from the World's best. This tournament is considered to be the incubators of future international stars, the schoolboy teams boast some of the past legends of the global game. Participation in the opportunity gets him one step closer to his dream of playing at the next level globally!

As you can imagine an opportunity like this is once in a lifetime, as such, taking ones game internationally comes with some financial challenges. Jonah is hopeful to raise at least $1,500 to offset some of the burden's of an opportunity like this.
