Hello,
My name is Joe Trevino, a grinding Texan, and Mexican American that is requesting your sincere support to this misfortunate event. In March 2020, as the Covid-19 pandemic was just becoming a serious matter in the U.S. my life was taking a big turn too. Raised in South Texas or the Rio Grande Valley during my teenage years, and later moved to the Seguin & New Braunfels Texas area in the later adult years of my life.
My goals were to work hard and put food on the table for the lovely family, I have always had. With work and family in mind, I never placed much attention on my physical health, until the day struck me with a heart attack after work. I knew, that I was in danger as I am also a diabetic with cholesterol issues. I was rushed to the local hospital in the evening hours of that day until I was back. After a couple of days of getting treated, my life was changed forever when the doctor told me that he needed to remove my leg because my blood circulation was not functioning and he needed to act fast. After 14 weeks in the hospital, I was released, with no job to get back too, no savings, and no spouse to get back to and no home. The hospital gave me a wheelchair and said good luck.
My previous employer was not able to cover any medical bills and I was not able to ask for any employment governmental support because I was not fired, and was not injured on the job, therefore I was using the last of my savings while in the hospital and the first week after I was given a spare room at my sister's home. I am having a hard time coping with this new life, but I still got many more great years to go and I am not giving up!
With sincere support, I am asking for your support to get back to work and live the life I once had, I am requesting help with the expenses of my medical bills, being able to get a prosthetic leg and a place to live with dignity and respect. Any support will be of great help to get my life back on track.
I am thankful for my nephew and dear friend who helped me get this letter to you all in support of this event.
I thank you all for the help, understanding, and kindness with regard to this matter and will be updating and posting more information in due time.
