Flooded Home- Joe and Pat Wingerson

This fundraiser is to help Joe and Pat Wingerson (my husband's parents) who suffered severe flooding in their home in Vidor Texas from Hurricane Harvey.  In fact, at the creation of this page, we still have not been able to get to Vidor and into their neighborhood to assess the actual damages.  The attached photo is the only one we have and it shows that they are most likely facing a complete loss of their home as well as the two vehicles that were left behind.  Joe is 75 and medically retired from the effects of 2 brain aneurysms,  Pat is 71 and is still working at a local elementary school which also has been flooded and is not expected to reopen soon.  Joe and Pat also have an adopted son, Michael who lives with them.  Any amount is greatly appreciated and all money will be used to cover temporary living expenses and acquire the necessities for recovery of their home.
