Jessica's Road to Recovery

March of this year, I went in for my routine mammogram. After a second look, an ultrasound and a biopsy, I was giving the diagnosis of stage 2 grade 3, triple negative breast cancer. To say my life was turn upside down, is an understatement. Since then, I've had a lumpectomy, have completed 8 rounds of chemo and will be starting my 30 sessions of radiation in Mid Sept.
I started this chapter of my life by seeing my doctor who happened to be out of network. Not knowing how this year would be, I picked a high deductible insurance. Which has left me with about $6000 in medical bills.
I am not one to ask for money, or even ask for help for that matter. But I reach out to you in this time of great need to help me and my family recover--emotionally, physically and financially.
I am forever grateful for your generosity and the outpouring of love and support many of you have already extended.
