Jessi's bodypainting kit was stolen

My name is Jessica Yurash. I am a full-time face and body painter, and I recently moved to San Francisco. I LOVE my job of uplifting others through art, and I am doing my best to live off of savings so that I don't have to get a "normal" job.
Recently, while I was at a gig, my car was parked around the corner and around 1am one of my rear passenger door windows was smashed by an angry drunk. Someone saw him get away on his bike and get onto a Greyhound bus towards the east bay. THEN during a 15 minute window when no one else was around, someone ELSE saw that the car window had been smashed and took the opportunity to lower the backseat, and steal two large heavy luggage bags that were stuffed with painting supplies out of the trunk.
Around 5am, someone from the event I had worked at found a few of the paints thrown into the bushes behind the gas station nearby. Basically, the stolen items were useless to the thief, but happened to be the most important items in my life. This occurred during Halloween week, and I was almost unable to work because I suddenly didn't have the supplies that I use to make my living. The next day I had to quickly run out to the kryolan store, Michael's, and a few others and spend roughly $1000 on new supplies so that I could do my gigs.
I have done a thorough inventory of all the items that are gone, and I have estimated that I spent over $3000 over the last 4 years accumulating what was in those bags.
Yes, I should have hidden and secured my stuff better inside my car, or not had them there in the first place. I should have had my kit insured....well now I will always be scared to put anything in my car or take my car anywhere. I'm. scared. of. my. own. car.
My car insurance did not even cover the broken window.
But that won't help me deal with what I have to do now.
They didn't take my skills or my hard work. I just need to start my kit over again....and I need your help. Every dollar that you can donate will help me tremendously!
