I have been offered two roles this summer at the Program La Musica Lirica in Novafeltria, Italy. The program details are below:
"During the first four weeks each participant will receive up to 20 hours of Italian per week, two half-hour weekly coachings with Rossini Opera Festival coaches, and two forty-five minute voice lessons per week. During the fifth week of the program, the students will be able to participate in Master Classes with the resident faculty. The operas will be double cast. Those participants cast in roles will perform two of the four fully stage performances with a professional orchestra under the direction of Maestro Joseph Rescigno."
This is an expensive venture, but something that would be extremely beneficial to my career, a once in a life-time opportunity. If I can find 100 people to donate at least $40, I will be able to afford this program through matching funds from the program.
