Jaxon was born with renal dysplasia, grade 5 kidney reflux and chronic renal failure. He is currently on dialysis and will eventually require a kidney transplant.
Jaxon is 18months old and has 5 siblings, we all struggle a lot with Jason's illness, not only emotionally but financially as well. When Jaxon is hospitalised due to his condition we have to travel 5 hours away from our home just to be with him so sometimes we are basically living and paying for two lives in two different towns. Money is already scarce and we are finding it extremely hard to make ends meet.
