Friends, Joe is my brother in law (married to my youngest sister). In March 2013, Joe LaDuke was diagnosed with Nephropathy IGA which is an autoimmune disease that attacks the kidneys. Joe's disease has taken an aggressive turn and he is currently in Stage 5 kidney failure. Joe is 29 years old. Luckily, his sister Katie has been tested and is a match. She will be donating her kidney in late September. Needless to say, medical costs for all of this will be high now and into Joe's future. Please come out and support Joe and his family. Together we can ease some of the financial burdens ahead.
