Stem Cells for Jacoby

My son Jacoby is a nonverbal 4 year old with autism. He was diagnosed when he was 2.5 yrs old. We have done ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy since his diagnosis. Speech therapy since he was 2. At this point nothing seems to really help. He has meltdowns and wakes up at night screaming and cannot communicate to us why he is upset. We would like to take him to Panama for stem cell injections. We know people have had success with this, but it is not available in the US. The cost is about 18,000 for the treatment and travel.
