Jacobs Therapy

January 29, 2014 was the day that my son received his diagnoses of Autism, it will be a day that I will never forget. I was hoping for a simple answer from the developmental pediatric specialist, I was not prepared for the answer of Autism. As any mother would react I cried, I was angry, I was sad and depressed, but now I am on a mission to get my son the help he needs. It seems after much research, numerous phone calls to doctors, therapists and public programs no one will give what is really needed and that is THERAPY!! Infants/Toddlers a month wait, Kennedy Kregier who even knows when Jacob would be seen and our insurance will  only refer to Kennedy Kregier. I have found the Cisco Center in Severna PK, MD it is an awesome center where Jacob can receive therapy immediatley however, it is at a cost and insurance will not cover it.  EARLY INTENSIVE THERAPY is the key and will result in the best outcome for Jacob's future with Autism.  With the added costs of co pays and therapy it can put a big dent in the budget.  Please if any family members, friends or anyone would like to donate any amount of money towards Jacobs therapy it would be greatly appericated!!
