Memorial Fund for little Jacob

Jacob  has fought a battle with leukemia since he was 18 months old. You would never know his life has been filled with hospitals, needles, ports and radiation by his charming personality and captivating spirit! Jacob is now 7 years old but is losing his battle. His mother was told he does not have much longer to live. -All she wants for her angel is a proper burial and a head stone so he can be remembered. Years of taking care of Jacob has taken a toll on her financially so I ask everyone who reads this to pledge anything they can, even if its just a dollar!
