In memory of Chris and support for his family
Donation protected
It is with a broken heart that we announce the death of my loving brother Chris, who suddenly passed away in the early hours in the morning on Tuesday the 2nd of March.
Chris had been rushed to hospital the week before suffering from severe abdominal pain. Tragically the doctors discovered that Chris was suffering from stage 4 Melanoma skin cancer, and that it had entered his bloodstream and had severely infected and damaged his liver.
The doctors believed that Melanoma had metastasized quite some time ago, unbeknownst to Chris. The cancer was so advanced that no treatment was possible. Chris spent his last few days surrounded by his loving family and friends at Mount Vernon Hospital in Hertfordshire.
Chris was such a warm and selfless person with a gentle, kind soul. Always smiling, he was most happy in nature where he truly belonged. I know he is at peace now among the wild flowers in Heaven's garden.
He will always be remembered by those who were blessed to have known this loving man, and we will forever be reminded of his warm smile in the beautiful flowers that he planted. He would have turned 38 years old next month.
To honour Chris's memory and to support his wife Joy and his two young sons, Ethan 8years and Kurt 6years, I invite you to kindly donate to Chris's fundraising page. All contributions will go directly to his family to help with end of life costs and future expenses.
Thank you deeply for keeping Chris and his family in your prayers and thoughts.
