I am Praying for a miracle

My story began with vague symptoms and increasing fatigue in 2000 but I didn't realize it was angina until I had an MI in 2003.  I had coronary artery stents placed and went from no daily medications to several a day.  I was able to return to work but found it difficult to keep up my previous pace and lifting and stress often triggered chest pain.  I have been a registered nurse since 1977 and had worked in Critical Care for  12 years.  I changed to an office position in 2005 after the tragic death of my daughter.  I took on the majority of care of her son, my first grandchild, who was 18 months old at the time.  It was a most increadibly painful and 
difficult time for me and my family. I was hoping that my health would improve and I would be able to continue with my nursing career and be able to raise my grandson.  Through the years I had several angiograms, more stents, more symptoms and other health issues that also came into play during those years (fibromyalgia, kidney problems, and GI problems).  In 2014 my angina had only become more frequent and severe and required use of nitroglycerin multiple times a day, I was on maximum medical management and had more stents placed.  This didn't make much difference in my symptoms and I'm not a candidate for CABG.  It was necessary to retire on disability at that time.
The plan of care has been to reduce physical demands, continue on medications for management of angina, atrial fib, GI and renal issues.  I am unable to walk a flight of stairs, vacuum, lift more than 20 pounds, walk to the end of my driveway and back without anginal symptoms and shortness of breath. It is so frustrating to not be able to do the work I used to do and be able to manage financially without assistance. 
I had my parents move into my home in 2016 after my Dad became ill and we were searching for answers.  Prior to that time he was very active and was an amazing singer and harmonica player.  He sang for countless weddings, funerals and church services and other gatherings. He and my mother sang and played several times a week with other talented friends at care centers, Cowboy Church and other venues.  People always looked forward to his harmonica and the vocal additions they provided to the groups they played with .  They are unable to bring this joy to myself and others anymore.  Dad has had multiple small strokes which have caused memory issues that continue to worsen.  He needs 24 hr. supervision and assistance for all his daily needs.  He had a MI and stents at age 59 and now has a pacemaker, atrial fib,  heart failure and renal failure, frequent infections, confusion, forgetfullness and mobility problems due to weakness and changes in his gait.  My Mom has had heart problems since 1969 and had Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery in 1986.  She has had many ongoing problems  since that time.  Atrial fib, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, asthma, allergies and severe arthritic pain which is widespread but especially problematic in her knees.  Mobility is also a problem for her and she is unable to stand or walk for very long.  Stairs are very difficult for both of them.  Her medications are very expensive and because of many allergies and intolerences to medications there are not many inexpensive choices.
We help each other with the care of Dad, meals and housekeeping which is slow going.
I have no financial funds left to tap into to maintain our home, pay my monthly bills, and weekly needs of groceries, medications, gas for physician appointments, etc.  In addition to that there are repairs that are needed with the house and septic system.  Mobility is a problem for getting to the lower level of the house as well as in and out of the house, a stairlift chair would make it more safe.  Also for bathroom safety, removing the tub to place a walk in shower or to obtain a walk in tub for bathing and for hydrotherapy would help with pain and mobility problems.  I need to have taller toilets and bars for assistance with the use of these facilities.  My furnace is 38 years old and I need to add insulation to the house.  It just doesn't seem to end but for now I need urgent assistance to stay in my home of 38 years and provide a safe home for my parents who are in their 80's.  I'm 60 and social security doesn't cover the basics or anything beyond that.  My small savings is gone and in  it's place is a mountain of debt from medical & living expenses.  I have been trying to find something that I can do from my home for income but at this time it hasn't been successful or profitable. 
This is a very urgent plea for financial assistance to keep my home, necessary utilities on and make payments on my debts while I continue to look for a way to support myself and provide for my family for as long as we are still in this life.  We will be so grateful for any financial help you can provide.  Please pray for our health and wellbeing.
