H. Irma Relief for Nicky's Family

Imagine losing everything-- your home, clothes, photos, life's possessions, and workplace all at once. Now imagine having 3 young children (including a set of 11 month old twins) to shelter & feed. Since the eye of Hurricane Irma swept through their home in the lower keys on Sept. 8th, this is what my dear friends Nicky & Aaron are left facing. Irma hit their family home as a Category 4 with 130 mph winds. Their roof was stripped then collapsed, exposing all their life's possessions to the elements with mold now taking over.

There are lots of uncertainties & stress: Where are they now going to live and work? How are they going to pay for rent and food?  All this while paying a mortgage and rebuilding costs.  Nicky & Aaron do not have family nearby to help out/put them up, she's from South Africa & he's from San Diego; they are on their own.
