Houston E. Ball Memorial Fund

This site is dedicated to the memory of a very special friend and father who touched the lives of so many in a remarkably kind and  positive way. He was truly "one of a kind" and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Houston E. Ball was an avid and loyal fan of SEC Athletics, The University of Tennessee Volunteers, The Atlanta Braves, and especially his beloved University of Tennessee Lady Vols. He was also a loyal supporter of Middlesboro, Kentucky High School Athletics and Middlesboro Little League Baseball.  He traveled far and wide to support his teams and shared  his joy by providing  tickets to various youth organizations and through generous charitable support.

Donations to this site will be used to honor Houston's memory on a name plate at the Pat Summit Plaza on the University of Tennessee campus* and to  carry on his tradition of  providing game tickets  and donations for youths at The Boys  and Girls Club of Tennessee; the YMCA of Knoxville; Middlesboro High School Athletics;  Middlesboro Little League Baseball and The ROHO Children's Christmas Chartiy. Additional funds will go to  the Pat Summit Foundation Fund for Alzheimer's  education, research and support.
