For Kelley: Hope for the Future

In April 2013, at age 19, Kelley was diagnosed with an ovarian dysgerminoma: cancer. Surgery removed the tumor along with her left ovary and tube. She was thought to be in remission until November 21, 2013 when a CT Scan revealed two more cancerous tumors at the site of the original tumor.
On 12/18/13 the two new tumors were removed. Kelley has now finished four rounds of chemotherapy. Luckily, this type of ovarian cancer responds well to chemo, but not without risks. One of the side effects of this type of chemo is loss of hair and damage to the heart and lungs. We began this fundraiser to help with medical costs, and thanks to countless generous donors, we paid for most of the 2013 and 2014 out of pocket costs! THANK YOU!
On 11/4/14 Kelley is officially in remission! But we still need your help.
We will still be looking at several thousand dollars in medical expenses for the year 2015, as she still must undergo surgery to remove the implanted chemo port ($4,000) and continued CT scans every 3 months. We still need your financial and emotional support! Your prayers and donations are very much appreciated.
**All funds donated after these medical expenses are paid will go directly to Kelley to support her while she goes back to college in Midwest City. She is a Business major! So proud. We thank you in advance for your loving support and continued generosity.**
