Help Give the Clay Family Memories

Donation protected

An NT Firefighter since 2004, Ryan Clay is also a member of the National critical care & trauma response centre who are sent to neighbouring countries in times of devastation. Tsunamis, fires, cyclones... Ryan goes to help extinguish fires, dig people out of collapsed buildings, help heal wounds, and stack bodies... whatever is needed. In 2017, he was awarded an Australian Fire Service medal on the Queen's birthday long weekend.

For his 38th birthday, Ryan was given his "get your affairs in order" notice.  An inoperable stage 4 glioblastoma was found on his brain stem.  Radiation therapy and chemotherapy tablets will not stop the growth, but will hopefully slow it.  Ryan will eventually lose all use of his limbs.  He will eventually lose the ability to see his beautiful girls - his wife Danielle and his two young daughters (Peyton and Jordan)

Despite his prognosis, Ryan continues to work, and will do so until his body will no longer allow.

Ryan will also work with Cancer Council NT as an Ambassador.

Ryan has 12 months in which to pack as many memories as he can.  He will not live to see Jordan start year 1.  He will not meet their boyfriends.  He will not get to walk them down the aisle to marry the future father of grandchildren he will not meet.

Please help me give them some wonderful memories and help me show them how much love surrounds them.

Thanking you in advance for your support.
