Hello, I'm Legendary Lew, co-founder of the Underground Multiplex and host of the podcast "Mediatrocities."
Over the last six years, TUGM has been providing critically acclaimed and award-winning entertainment to Chicago and beyond. All of our films and shows were funded at our own expense, donations and with the help of fantastic volunteers.
We rely on your help to continue our work.
The Underground Multiplex has begun production on some exciting new online programs this fall.
Vital Media will tap into Legendary Lew's 35 years of collected knowledge of weird and unusual movies, TV shows and music, giving perspectives not presented by other programs.
The show also introduces, Tugz, the Seafaring Simian to join in on the fun. Tugz sails the tugboat XOX hauling a barge filled with discarded DVDs, CDs, and VHS--a treasure trove of unknown goodies for Lew. The show will be presented online and on CAN-TV in our commitment to indie media and public access.
Legendary Lew will also be writing a book on Hollywood blockbuster movies due out December 2017.
Plus, of course, The Underground Multiplex will continue our podcast series, Mediatrocities, interviewing directors, movers and shakers in the indie movie world.
To provide all this fine informative entertainment, we need you. Please give what you can to our campaign.
We need working equipment to get our productions underway by December 1st..
Your investments will go towards:
1) A new laptop or PC computer
2) A 4-Terabyte External Hard Drive to store our videos, podcasts, etc.
3) A new set of professional headphones for podcasting.
