Help Me Serve - Sophomore Year

Donation protected
Hi! My name is Hannah Miller! I just finished my freshman year of college at Union University in West Tennessee with a 4.0 GPA. Help Me Serve is my campaign to raise the rest of my room and board funds for college. I am in the athletic training program at Union and plan to graduate in May 2020. I will be using my major in athletic training to gain clinical experience and prepare me for graduate school work in physical therapy. After college and grad school, I plan on working as a physical therapist. I am interested in pursuing women's health physical therapy, and my career dream is to help someone who is paralyzed be able to walk again. I believe this will be possible through commitment, competence, and caring. Union is a baptist university in Tennessee that places emphasis on both religion and education. I am choosing to study at Union because they will combine Christian morals and ethics with comprehensive tools for my future career. In addition to attending school at Union, I have participated in the Honors Community, and plan on graduating with General Honors. This program trains me to think in a more broad and philosophical way about things like wisdom, beauty, and the seven deadly vices.
Union has already supplied me with over $120,000 through various scholarships and grants, but I am still at a large deficit. I would like to ask you to invest in my future, and the futures of my patients, by donating to this GoFundMe. My goal for this summer is to raise the funds I need to pay for the upcoming fall semester of my sophomore year. I will also be working as a lifeguard to supplement my knowledge as a first responder! I included the photo above because of the common usage of the term "dough" to describe money. Help me get this bread (another current pop-culture phrase!) and fund my sophomore year! You can be assured that I will use the money to fund my college experience and prepare for a future as a servant of God and people through physical therapy.
